Timestamps, check-in/check-out, and agency-required fields captured in the same flow as the note. Aligned to 21st Century Cures Act EVV requirements.

Supervisor-reviewed flagging

Deterministic, rule-based flags for potential changes in client condition. The supervisor reviews. No autonomous diagnosis.

WORK exports structured documentation using HL7 FHIR aligned to USCDI data classes, and aligns EVV records to 21st Century Cures Act and state EVV systems. Stage 1 ships exportable structured notes; Stage 2 adds direct EHR integration with willing partners.
