FAQ

Questions caregivers and partners ask first.

Is this a chatbot?

No. It's a navigator. It answers in plain language, shows its sources, and routes you to a real program or a real person.

What languages?

English and Spanish at launch, with more added as community reviewers validate them.

What if it doesn't know?

It says so and points to a human or professional resource. It does not guess.

Is my data private?

Yes. Data is minimized and consent-based. You control what's stored, shared, exported, or deleted.

Does it diagnose or prescribe?

No. It informs the caregiver's decision. It does not make clinical decisions.

Where does it work?

Phase 2 launches in Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties, New Mexico, with aging-network, FQHC, and home care partners.
